Hello, I’m Abraham. I like telling my adventure. Also, I want to tell you about my experiences in Poland. Do you think there is blueberry pierogi(ravioli)? When I talk about Polish cuisine, you will learn that there is only one variety of Polish cuisine 🙂
Rajgród; It is a city that very few people in the world know. It is just a city name for some people, but it is a repository of unforgettable moments for my twenty-three friends on the project and me. Also, since the project took place in Poland, I should talk about Polish cuisine. They had a “pierogi” similar to the ravioli in Turkey, and it was one of the most traditional dishes for Polish people. I met people from Croatia, Spain, Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, and Poland in the project. I was happy to meet one of the sweetest trainers ever. Luka told me that he goes to Turkey very often and that he went as far as Sarıkamış. I still haven’t forgotten that he went to Sarıkamış.
We arrived at Rajgród adventure around 8 pm by bus. The country road was like a horror movie, with tall, dark pines. After we settled down, we met in the hotel cafeteria. We talked about coffee, languages, and local drinks and danced to the music. At the end of the conversation, of course, although it was nighttime, some of us grabbed a coffee. On the first day, emotion was our main word, and we talked about feelings, a sense of purpose, bodily arousal, social expression, and significant life events. Luka also mentioned that emotions and mood are different concepts. For instance, while people can feel emotions in seconds to minutes, the mode can feel mode from minutes to hours/days. We also set standard rules as a team, for example, Marco Polo! When we started the activities after the break, Luka would say Marco and we would reply by saying Polo. The reason why we did that is to make an impact by getting a response and concentration on the activities.
On Tuesday’s adventure, we talked about animals and our moods. We tried to find out which animals the terms competition, cooperate, compromise, move away; fit, shark, turtle, fox, owl, bear. In addition, we did a lot of workshops. When it was Wednesday evening, and everyone was waiting for the culture night; the procedure was as follows: first, the countries would prepare their tables, and when the tables were ready, each country’s team would introduce their country in turn. On Thursday’s adventure, one person in the group made his decision beforehand in the workshop. How? There was a paper describing the situation of a delinquent child. As the school administration, we had to determine the decision for the child. Friday was our last day. Everyone was talking about the associations in their own country. We made a picture by putting paper on the table without talking about the bushes, cones, soil, and the grass we found outside. We set off at noon on Saturday and arrived at the hotel in Warsaw on Saturday evening. At the end of our adventure, we went to eat “pierogi” in the city center, chatted until the morning when we returned, and our friends were slowly starting to go to the airport for their return.
